Our COVID-19 Response & Schedule

As the Coronavirus pandemic progresses in our region, Niu Urban Living’s full efforts are on minimizing the spread of the virus while providing job security for our employees during this difficult time. Our top priority is to keep our team, our customers, and their families protected. We are taking measures to ensure that they are.  Among those measures are to follow the CDC guidelines strictly and to make operational adjustments. Please see our store hours before you plan a visit. Video tour appointments are available upon request. We offer contactless delivery and home installations. Home visits are temporarily suspended for the design team. If you have traveled in the last month, please see how we can accommodate your visit by calling us to schedule an appointment outside of our newly posted hours. We are thankful to our team and our customers for supporting us at this time.  Stay tuned for updates on operational changes and our effort to spread some positivity by sharing home inspiration on social media.
